So why is Branding important and why is a recognisable logo a necessity to any companies success? (Kimbarovsky 2017) Shows that   "First impressions are incredibly important to develop loyalty;  48% of consumers report  that they are more likely to become loyal to a brand during the first purchase or experience." This means that for a company that wants to be successful you need to have a good brand and image of what you are selling and doing online. Customer loyalty is a big thing as this will generate more income for you as they refer others they know to your site and this will in turn create brand exposure for you. Nearly every site online has a Terms and Conditions somewhere, they are a necessity in protecting the company as well as protecting the customer. Without Ts & Cs you are putting yourself at risk of being sued or taken to court. Terms and conditions are a necessity to our growth and ever expanding business as they keep us legally binding. Without even looking at stats online you can see that the way forward is setting up an online business and if you want a successful one, you need to stand out.
